Spurlink Talent Zone (STZ) is an arm of Spurlink Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. STZ is a team of highly qualified and experienced HR professionals. STZ was established in 2008 with a motive of pre analysing and pre assessing the talent pool in different domains for in- house recruitments. Later on in 2009 “eTest” tool was developed by in- house development team to make STZ more productive. “eTest” was proven to be a great tool to judge, analyse and assess the skills, competencies, knowledge and favourable experience of the candidates and to save on time & cost interviewing untalented candidates.

In 2012 Spurlink launched a web portal http://studentscholarships.in with a motive to provide scholarships to students. As in today’s world choosing a right talent to get going the business is a bigger point of pain for any organisation. To fill this gap we integrated etest as a corporate test in this portal. Now it a great tool for the fresh pass outs to prove their capability and for organisations it’s time & money saving.
